New Mexico is state full of vibrant history, beautiful landscapes, and friendly folks. When our owners moved from New Mexico to Maryland, they missed one thing in particular- hatch
chiles! Everyone has a preference between red or green hatch chiles but
when you can’t pick, you tell them “make it Christmas!” Our take on making it Christmas was to age our
Ghost Dog vodka with real hatch green chiles and fresh cranberries. It has a wonderful brightness from the cranberries with a touch of heat from the chiles. The perfect way t o spice up
your holiday cocktail!

DC, made by a Bethesda based software company. Palandine is featured in the game as the name of an extraterrestrial ship from "the Citadel" that crashed in the woods of Hagerstown, Maryland. Our spiced rum is made with 100% sugarcane
from the US Virgin Islands and whole cinnamon, allspice, clove, vanilla
bean, cardamon, nutmeg, and sweet orange peel. It's packed with real flavor and the perfect substitute for
any cocktail that calls for a spiced rum. It's seriously out of this world!
